Founded in 2005, Tequeñomania is a family-owned manufacturer of gourmet Latin bakery products serving both wholesale and retail markets.

We specialize in Gourmet Tequeños, along with cachitos, pandebonos, empanadas, and other Latin specialties, all made with premium ingredients and produced under strict quality standards.

Our products are considered gourmet because we combine authentic recipes, top quality ingredients, and high manufacturing standards to deliver exceptional flavor, consistency, and presentation.

The word “Mania” in our name reflects our passion for variety, creativity, and flavor. It represents our commitment to going beyond the traditional tequeño by offering a wide range of fillings and product innovations.

We are also committed to innovation, developing healthier alternatives, including  gluten-free products made with 100% natural cassava and green plantain.

Tequenomania operates two retail stores in Kendall, Miami, Florida, and a state-of- the-art production facility in Cutler Bay, Florida. Our facility operates under FDA and USDA registration with cGMP certification, reflecting our commitment to food safety, quality assurance, and manufacturing excellence.
